The quality of the food was exceptional, particularly at breakfast, where a fantastic selection of traditional regional dishes was offered. the experience was marred by long waits for a table and cold food on the buffet. The room was lovely but uncomfortably noisy due to a connecting door to a neighboring room with a toddler, which severely disrupted our sleep.

stayed at the gleneagles for one night and had an amazing experience. the staff were incredibly welcoming and escorted us wherever we wanted to go. our classic double room was huge and comfy. the breakfast was spectacular, with a wide selection of delicious options. i loved the club's leisure facilities, especially the adult pool and outdoor onsen.
